Zip It, Sparky!
So, I went to the doctor last week for my baby check-up, just to see where we stand.
I will spare you the details, but my body has made no progress. I am due in just over a week and as far as I can tell, it's ain't a' gonna' happen!!
This physician (German, call him Dr. Reich) doesn't believe in letting pregnancies go over at all. So it's looking like induction, which I've heard is more intense and unpleasant than your run of the mill birthing experience. Great...
Plus he's a purist, so not drugs unless I bitch about it to high heaven. Isn't that promising!?
So I guess this whole 'having the baby' thing is going to be less fun than I had anticipated. Damn.

And today in the break room, one of my co-workers saw my ever-more frustrated pregnant expression and said 'You won't be doing that again will you?!?'
