A New Beginning
I've calmed down regarding Jeff since my last entry, but we ARE NOT together.
That bullshit he pulled is unacceptable and I am not going to participate.
I went to his place last night right before he was to leave for work to give him the rest of his things and pick up the rest of mine.
He couldn't even look me in the eyes.
I was happy and solid and made sure he saw that I was going to be okay without him....because I am.
I started eating healthy foods today...and I'm going to start a new workout regimine to get me feeling good again.
YEAH!
Any words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
