What An Asshole
It's been a while. I wish I had something positive and cheerful to write about....but I don't.
That's because I'm dating an asshole; and when you date assholes, you get to tell people asshole stories that almost always enures a reply of 'What an asshole! You are way too fucking good for that shit!'
Like this one......
Yesterday, Jeff called to tell me he was sick. Men are such pussies. It just so happens that a few days before I had the same illness, but he repeatedly said 'you don't look sick.' No sympathy.
Anyway, after hearing from him for about the 5th time regarding his worsening condition, I decided to play along with it. I drove across town and brought his some cold meds to his job, along with some Campbell's soup. Awwwww.....
So later in the evening, as I'm sitting in my bed, I asked him if he was going to work the following day. I told him if he didn't, I would like him to come over so I can take care of him.
He very aggressively said 'I've gotta work, unless YOU want to pay my $500 car insurance bill!'
WHAT?!?!?
I told him he was being rude and hurting my feelings. He replied with 'Are you trying to smother me?'
Oh HELL NO!
I hung up and went out....without my phone.
When I got home, he was really pissed that I had not been answering my phone and took it out on me by berating me multiple times, sending me into near convulsions of teary sobs.
What an asshole.
